Jess earned her B.S. in Psychology and her M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Missouri State University, and she completed her BCBA coursework through Southern Illinois University under the direction of Dr. Mark Dixon, creator of the PEAK and AIM curriculums. Over the past 15 years she has worked in research, clinical, and educational settings with hundreds of clients ranging in age from infancy to adulthood. Most recently, she worked as a BCBA in the top-rated Blue Valley School District in Overland Park, Kansas. There, she discovered a passion for breaking down complex behavioral principles into digestible and easy-to-implement skills for educators, aspiring behavior analysts, and caregivers.
